The Accounting Team at Holualoa Companies provides direct accounting support related to a broad range of financial activities within our firm including due diligence, structure and restructuring of debt and equity, legal structuring, and tax issues related to our real estate ventures. They are knowledgeable in cash management, treasury activities, and the accounting control structure of our organization. Our Accounting Team continually reviews the design, structure, and implementation of our risk management process, which enables them to monitor debt and perform all other functions necessary to maintain timely, accurate and complete accounting records.

Quarterly and annually, accountants report the financial performance of the properties to management, investors and lenders. This detailed process allows our team to review potential acquisitions, projects under development, operating projects, and other accounting activities related to each investment. In addition, our Accounting Team maintains relationships with developers, construction managers, property managers, brokers, and asset managers in each sub-market to coordinate and supervise all accounting functions.
