Aroon Chinai, Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Holualoa Companies, oversees the operations of our California, Phoenix, and Washington D.C./ Northern Virginia properties from our Los Angeles office. Mr. Chinai is responsible for acquisitions, asset management, operations, leasing, finance, and dispositions. In addition, he is involved in corporate direction and strategic planning.

Mr. Chinai joined Holualoa Companies in 1993 as a Financial Analyst and Assistant to the President. In 1994, he was promoted to Acquisition and Asset Manager. Mr. Chinai has managed the acquisition of apartment, office, retail and industrial properties.

Previously, Mr. Chinai was a project manager of Ford Motor Company, managing the development of industrial facilities in the U.S., Mexico, Spain and Portugal.

Mr. Chinai holds a BS degree in Engineering from the University of Rochester and a MS degree in Real Estate Development from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
