I. Michael Kasser is President of Holualoa Companies, a real estate investment and development company currently managing a diversified portfolio of multi-family residential and commercial properties worth approximately $500,000,000 in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Washington D.C./ Northern Virginia, New Jersey, Texas, and France.

Mr. Kasser's previous experience includes Financial Analyst with W.R. Grace & Co., President of Technopulp, Inc. and Chairman of Booher Lumber Company. He moved to Hawaii in 1985 and founded Holualoa Companies, then relocated to Tucson in 1994 to expand real estate investments in the southwestern United States and into France. His real estate experience includes acquisition and management of residential, office, industrial, retail and office properties, pre-development land and timberland.

Mr. Kasser has a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Doctorate of Engineering from the University of Grenoble (France), and an MBA from Harvard University. He is fluent in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Hungarian. He has also completed the Ironman Triathlon eight times.
