Richard B. Kauffman is Vice President - Finance for Holualoa Companies. Mr. Kauffman is based in our Tucson office and is involved in finance, accounting, financial reporting and information systems. He had 18 years of financial, operational and real estate experience prior to joining Holualoa Companies in 2000.

Mr. Kauffman's previous experience includes Manager of Corporate Audit for the Tuttle-Click Automotive Group, an $800+ million revenue company with 23 dealerships in California and Arizona; Vice President, CFO and Board Member of Factory 2-U, a 40 store discount retailer with revenues exceeding $95 million and stores located in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas; Manager of Corporate Audit for Campbell Soup Company responsible for worldwide operational and financial audits (including overseas assignments in Latin America, Europe, and Australia); and Senior Accountant for KPMG Peat Marwick in Philadelphia, PA.

Mr. Kauffman earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with Distinction, from the Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed CPA. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs and the Arizona Society of CPAs.
